"The location is everything with this one! Beautiful views! Staff was friendly at check in. Rooms are very dated. Beds weren’t very comfy. The room appeared mostly clean. Had great water pressure for shower but overall the tub surround/shower didn’t seem stable….had a dip in tub that didn’t seem safe to step on and my husband noticed the tub was cracked in several places.
Rooms aren’t modern or perfect but the views make up for it. The Wagon Wheel Pizza and Grill down the road was very good!"
"Staff were nice. Very large TV in the guest area has multiple apps installed such as Netflix and Amazon Prime but the only thing the TV can be used for is satellite channels.
The breakfast was nice, with both pancake and waffle machines, which the kids loved.
Bright light from the hotel sign was fairly visible through the curtains of our room.
Water in the shower was warm and nice and soft.
Good sized room for the price which slept 5 and was close to Wall Drug and the Badlands."
"Exterior doors which did not close easily and no second protective lock, yikes! Once inside, lights from property walkway lit up the room, curtains were not flush to the windows. It was horrible, it was daylight all night in the room. Bed I had to get to the middle otherwise it was so warm on the side I would have slept at an angle. Bathroom door did not close as it had expanded. Shower was from the 80’s, guessing, very old school with one spray pattern. Hot water was good though and the linens clean."
"Hotel had the best beds! Very comfortable. It was clean, great breakfast, area for hanging out, & courteous staff. Would stay again. It is a no frills hotel but was surprisingly a very good choice! Definitely recommend if in the area."
