In general everything is okay, the amenities and cleanliness. I book a room of 3 but they offer only a single queen bed and will have to pay for an additional bed which I think is not reasonable.

This was a very nice hotel. Was here for the Canton Fair. They had shuttle service to and from the Fair. Was a little farther than expected tho. Had zero complaints about this hotel. I paid extra for Club House Access which was worth every bit extra i paid. It included free breakfast buffet daily, club house access with free waters, sodas, snacks all day till 11pm. Evening diner small buffet with all you can drink wine and whiskey from 530 till 730. They gave me an upgrade to a suite and gave me a late checkout which helped because i had a late flight out. Everything was exceptional. Would recommend.

Modern hotel with plenty of amenities. Large indoor pool area with great view. Park area across the street. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast with both Asian and western foods. Not so many shops or restaurants nearby.

Very modern and comfortable hotel, perfect for business trip. Stunning park immediately across from hotelwith large lake and riverside. Excellent for walking/jogging/exercise. Would be amazing in spring and autumn. Two very good restaurants, one traditional Chinese and the other fusion, leaning to chinese. Incredible buffet at second restaurant on Saturday night. Executive lounge very comfortable with happy hour each night. Gym very well equipped. TV good with a couple of English channel options and screen sharing available

We stayed during the golden weekend and paid a little bit more for the standard lake view room, and very impressed ! The room was so bright being at the corner (3 sides have windows), and was spotless , didn’t spot any dirty marks, it felt very clean and new overall. We tried the buffet breakfast (originally ¥118 and was given a discount to ¥98) it had a great variety from Western to Chinese . The 24hr gym equipped with loads of equipment and swimming pool generally clean. The only negative was the banging door noise created by the neighbouring guests, but luckily didn’t bother us when we were sleeping. Very impressed and would definitely come again !

I felt a strong smell of smoke when arrived in the room, told them about it and they move me to a room "without" smell, but again it was there. I just decided to stay because was too tired after a long trip, also because of a front desk manager B. which help me a lot at the arrival regarding a taxi driver which wanna charge me much more then the regular price. A taxi scammer with a fake meter. That manager saved the day, did a great job.
