"Viola was great. Very friendly. Gave us good info. Our room was very clean, helped to reserve a private parking spot for us. Beds were very comfortable. It’s above the train station but we didn’t really hear the trains. It’s so convenient that we could take a train to and back from Cinque Terre right next door. Breakfast was included but had to go claim our breakfasts from the nearby cafe. It was good, too. Will stay there again next time if we visit Cinque Terre. "
