"Danny was very helpful holding our luggage at check-in, since we were early. He also checked with the front desk about early check-in. Donna was our bartender last night and she’s great! So cheerful, friendly and professional; she worked very efficiently and was helpful with any questions. Our room was very clean, it just smelled of cigarette smoke, which was disappointing. I was surprised since it’s a no smoking hotel, but unfortunately some guests break the rules."

"Our stay at The Marblehead Hotel was excellent. The rooms are spotless, the linens and towels are like brand new and the bed/pillows were so comfortable. The staff is so attentive- returns calls quickly and so friendly and helpful once on property. I highly recommend this property as it's quiet, conveniently located to everything (shops, restaurants, Salem, etc) and is extremely safe- if one is traveling alone. We will certainly return in the future as we truly felt 'at home'."

"Was a really good stay. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good! Was just disappointed that they charged a $50 check in early fee. My room was ready but we got charged anyways which I never saw before in any other hotel Besides that all good!"
