The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room was very clean. The hotel needs to be upgraded. Our sink was cracked and the paint was pealing off the door frame. It was a good place to stay and convenient to a lot of shops and restaurants.

There's nothing to complain about. The room was clean, did not look worn in any way, and smelled fresh. Even though my room was directly across the hall from the elevator, minimal hallway sound could be heard and I enjoyed interacting with the staff. Liked the breakfast. We purposely booked this hotel for the use of the indoor pool on our down time. We have young kids that were excited to swim and the hot tub was a bonus. The hot tub that they advertise is currently filled in with cement and they had the pool closed because they claimed it was too cold for use. Our room was decent, could've been cleaner but the ac/ heating unit would make a terrible noise when it kicked on.
