Our room AC leaked all over the floor. They fixed it and used a big loud fan to dry it.
It happened again 2 days later. Rug was saturated and room now smelled very musty. They ended up moving us to another room The manager told us she would credit us for all of the inconvenience, but when Expedia tried to reach her she was never there and never got back to them.
It's too bad, because overall the room was set up nicely, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. But some of the staff were not that helpful.
Expedia ended up making it up to us so we appreciated that."
