The property desperately needs an update/repairs. Wallpaper in halls is peeling off the walls. Clean place to sleep but not what I was expecting for a Holiday Inn property.
Property is under construction. Inside was clean. Room was good. Staff was very polite and helpful. I chose this location for one night because it was close to the airport. This site was fine for one night. Breakfast was noisy because of ongoing construction.
The property did not provide what I paid for and what was included in my room package. I was given incorrect information for the Shuttle Service, Did not get the breakfast assigned to my room and the options for breakfast was limited. The staff was not willing to accommodate my requests even though I paid for it because they claim they do not associate with third parties. I wound up paying additionally for my transportation and had to purchase breakfast elsewhere. I am allergic to pineapples which were mixed in their very small fruit bowl. When I asked if there was any other fruit available because I'm allergic, they said NO.
I’ve stayed in few Holiday Inn locations but was honestly a little disappointed with this one. It’s just looks a little old and run down. The girl who checked me in was super friendly! Pillows were great but the bed was hard as a rock.
This was a good hotel, everything was clean and comfortable. The only concern is that there is nothing really in walking distance around. Keep that in mind. If you need a place just for the night by the airport, perfect. If you are staying a few nights, keep in mind there are no restaurants nearby.
The elevator is in very poor conditions, it has a very creaky sound that annoys you until your room like a horror movie. The hot water does not work so you can imagine taking a shower before your trip at 5am and -1C outside. And the shuttle service is not good, the driver was very rude, I had to call several times because they never showed up and at the end he was very annoyed by the fact of picking me up and helping me with the luggage.
Do not stay at this hotel! Shower was broken, water leaked all night in the bathroom, wallpaper coming undone at the seams, and communication at the front desk during check-in absolutely terrible. For a Holiday Inn Select, very surprised. I will think twice before ever booking at this chain of hotels again.
This hotel has a confusing lay out when trying to park and find an entrance door near your room. Check-in person took my DL for Check-in and didn’t give it back. Hoping they mail it as promised. Elevator smelled HORRID, like hair perm chemical both on the way up and back down the next day. Ooof It was bad. Room was clean and comfy, nice beds. Outdated TV: no guide or access to streaming services.

The place was under construction but I’ll be back because the staff was top rate.
The customer service was phenomenal however the beds killed it for us. We had terrible sleep our two nights we stayed here. The lobby smelled of sewage, and the ceiling of our room had major water damage stains. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t have buffet style Continental breakfast. Their breakfast menu was limited and would have preferred self served buffet. The front desk said that the $50 holding fee would be returned upon check out but it’s still pending and it’s already been 3 days since our stay. Location seemed safe!
I booked through Expedia. It said reserve now pay later. When I get to the hotel they had already charged my card. Long story short Expedia called the hotel and sent them the itinerary showing it was a pay later and the hotel said there’s no way they could’ve known that because it didn’t show on their side. Everyone was so rude. And I’ve never stayed at a hotel where there’s never a manger on site every time I asked for one it was always “their not here right now”. They showed frustration everytime I brought something up (the tub was leaking all night and the sound was annoying, the check in process was not smooth, and when I asked for towels they said verbatim “you have to come get them yourself we don’t have anyone that will bring it to you” instead of saying “sure we have towels in the lobby if you want to come get some we’re a little short staffed.” We went for the cowboys game so it gave us a bed and a shower but it wasn’t clean the carpets were stain the bathroom smelt like urine. The room had a wet musty smell.
