"Checked into the hotel with a rather rude staff member. Along with dealing with her attitude towards me, she didn’t mention breakfast times, check out time, or any wifi information. We get to our room, and there was trash left behind still from I’m assuming the previous guest. There also was no bedding in the room for the pullout couch. Had to call the front desk lady, and of course was met with even more attitude. While getting the bedding I asked what time breakfast was served, I found out the next morning she had given me the wrong information so my family and I had to go pick up breakfast somewhere else. Which is fine, but if I’m staying at a hotel where breakfast is included in the price I’m paying, I’d like to go to it. Overall it was unwelcoming, dirty, and lackluster. Spend your money somewhere else, this place wasn’t worth it. "

"We stayed five days and enjoyed every minute of it. Nice hotel. We had the breakfast package, and had the breakfast buffet nearly every morning. Terrific. We come here every year for our anniversary."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and it was decent overall. The biggest disappointment was the outdoor pool being closed. That was a major letdown. Also, the entire hotel smells like pool water… not just the lobby, but the rooms too. I personally hated that, but kids will probably love it. Breakfast had a good variety, but it was weird that I had to specifically ask for bacon while everything else was already out. The location is definitely a plus though. It’s close to all the fun kid-friendly spots. If you stay here, you HAVE to check out Grapevine Mills Mall. There’s something for everybody and it’s actually worth the trip."
