Also made us the best coffee we found in town in the morning. The service overall was fantastic. The staff was so friendly, beyond personable—we ran into a few snags with our trip and they bent over backwards to help us, just went above and beyond. Could not recommend this place more."

"Yes, it’s a budget hotel. That being said, spend the extra money to stay elsewhere. The room was just gross and neglected. The comforters were filthy and covered with stains- just clearly haven’t been washed in ages. Towels had been washed but were heavily stained; the shower barely got warm; the toilet wobbled; the upstairs hallway was super dark… If it were just one of these things I’d be able to look past it. But there wasn’t a single clean, well kept area of this place. It might be ok the cheaper end of hotels in Montrose but I can assure you it’s overpriced for what you get."
