Kind staff, great room

I had the best check in experience. Interaction with the staff throughout my stay was great. The room accommodations were great, my two toddlers loved it also. Comfortable 1 bed room and bathroom size. And the price I can’t beat. I look forward to staying here again my next trip visiting.

We stayed in room 226, and the stale cigarette smoke was unbearable. We had to wash all our clothes the next day. Even our food smelled of smoke. The property is supposed to be smoke-free. The front desk staff was very friendly and it was in a great location, but the smell is a deal-breaker.

We didn’t realize this hotel was under MAJOR construction. The lobby was a mess. I don’t know why I booked this, normally I always book where they offer free breakfast, at least a continental breakfast. We won’t stay here again. Who needs an extended stay in Fort Stockton?

Was not made aware on website of the construction going on with the hotel so no pool, laundry room, fitness room or continental breakfast. Also room was not clean we found several things under the beds and hair and dirt on floor in the bathroom.

Your clerk is only as good as management, sadly that here is a -0-. Clerk didnt care keys didnt work, finally made her come and manually open room, after 3rd fail. AC didnt work, roaches, OMG roaches. Gave us a hard time about parking as we had a trailer, told us to park on street behind property, which is under construction, nope. If you can get a room elsewhere i would suggest it, even if its in the next town.
