"We stayed in three different hotels during our trip to Canada and this was my favourite: the staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating and friendly. There's a lovely bar/restaurant where we enjoyed evening drinks and desserts. We stayed in a suite and I'd definitely recommend the upgrade - spacious, well equipped, nicely maintained. It was a lovely stay and thank you to everybody on the desk and in the bar who made it such a nice experience."

"I heard about the excellent staff before I booked and wow was I ever surprised. The staff are some of the best I’ve ever seen. The lady who served us in the concierge lounge was one of a kind. Some thing minor issues like outdated room. And our shower wasn’t the cleanest. La Ronde was an excellent experience (high price). Overall will be staying again. Thank you for everything "
