"Our room was big enough for 3 people, parking was easy and convenient, air conditioner worked GREAT, and the staff was very friendly. I'll definitely be booking with them again!"

"The staff is amazing, every single one of them! The beds were clean, the floors were filthy, the bathroom doesn’t have ventilation and smells like mildew, and the hallway smelled like the no smoking rule was just recently implemented. I didn’t complain about the cleanliness and smoke smell since I was barely there. I would not recommend for a longer stay or a stay where you want to spend more time at the property. Parking is great and it’s a short walk to the beach from the property."

"The room itself was mostly nice. The bed was very creaky. Bathroom tiles were a little loose. Patio door was insanely hard to lock. We had to change our door key twice and food got cold because we had to go through after hours. Our neighbors above us were smoking cigarettes and pot and dropping ashes on our patio table and chairs. Location was great. Room was well cleaned though"

"This was a disappointing experience. There was no one to receive us, which required two calls to locate room and check on parking and breakfast. The room was very small and in the basement; there was no closet. The bedside lamps didn’t work. Pictures posted show a beautifully kept garden but plants were untidy and in need of attention, and dead leaves were piled in beds and walkways. The whole place felt run down but it was expensive! Owner is going through some personal problems which he carried into his work. His wife didn’t even acknowledge us at breakfast. Breakfast meals were only “okay” or worse, not what we expected in an expensive b&b. We will not stay here again and will dissuade others from doing so."
