Nights were interrupted by continual loud arguing, profanity, and threats among numerous people who argued and yelled both inside and outside their rooms which were close to mine. While no threats were directed to me, I nevertheless felt like I was in an unsafe environment. Trash was piled next to my car in parking space outside my door. Then I found, and killed, a large cockroach in my room. I was ultimately allowed to change room to another area of the building.

Very poor overall, room had a bad odor to it. The hot tub was out of order and I got the feeling there was no immediate plans to fix it, so that should be removed as an option. Other guests appeared to be living at the motel, probably on a weekly basis. Breakfast crummy and they had no milk, not only the first day which could happen, but not the second day either though staff was aware. Not good when the main food was cold cereal. The keys did not work the second day and I heard another guest loudly complain as he was locked out of his room while packing his car. A big disappointment and a definite never again, giving much better options nearby.

This is the most disgusting hotel/motel I have ever been to. The walls are thin, the sheets weren’t washed and “free breakfast?” More like rotten apples and no food. Never staying here! There was a TOILET outside my room for homeless to use? I dont know.

Room was dirty. We stayed on the back side where the pool is located. Our door didn't stay closed which allowed alot of noise to enter the room. There is a bar across the parking lot that does Karaoke. The bar kept their back door open for smokers. We heard the singing loud and clear until bar close. On night one we heard dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. I could see the ceiling bubbling. We alerted the front desk and they said "we will look into it". Upon returning to our room the following day, we realized maintenance staff entered our room to check the leak. At this point, the ceiling drywall has opened up due to the leak and maintenance staff took all of our clean towels to only catch the leak. I called the front desk and again "Sorry, we know and there is nothing we can do". As we cannot use the bathroom in fear the ceiling will collapse on us. DO NOT STAY HERE! Not sure how this hotel even received medicore reviews.

The bed was comfortable enough. The room could have been cleaner. The towels and wash cloths looked more like rags. We were told there was a continental breakfast available between 6 and 9 a.m. What we discovered was a breakfast of bread and bagels, but the juice machine and coffee machines did not work. Even after they assured us there would be coffee the next day, there wasn't.

I called early to request a grnd floor but was told to call the morning of our reservation. DID call then. We checked in at 5:30pm and they hadn’t even started cleaning our room plus it smelled heavily of smoke. They only had 1 other room they could give us and that one was worse so we waited for the first. People above us partied on the balcony half the night…sounded like it was right outside our door. We won’t be back.

This is the worst Western Inn that we stayed in. In town for event. First time staying in this location. I can truly say this is the worst hotel we stayed in. Room is very dirty. Noisy guest next door. Woke us up 4 am in the morning. TV malfunctioning. There is foot traffic through out the night in front of our door. This place is in need of a lot of improvements.

Painting the outside of the building. My room window was tape and covered. Room door handle was taped. I had to untape it. Room appeared to be clean. The location of the hotel was interesting. There were several people walking around at night in the parking lot, which I was fine with but it still gave me some anxiety. The first thing I noticed as I walked in to the room was the smell of the room. It smelled like smoke even though I booked a non smoking room. Along with this, the floor was very dirty. I couldn’t even bring myself to take of my shoes. The beds, on the other hand, were comfortable though.

Location was convenient but not the safest neighborhood, the hotel is run down, dirty. The receptionist/manager/owner left the property in the middle of the day without anyone left to address issues, no one answering the phone. I had to run around the hotel looking for any employees and finally got help from a housekeeper.

We did not like anything about our stay- there is no gym, rugs/appearance very dirty, pool was not clean, there is construction going on so it was very noisy - one of our worse hotel stays ever
