I didn't like the strong smell of cigarette inside the room, even if I asked about a not smoking room and the receptionist told me the room was not smoking, but the odor was horrible and my pijamas and hair had a cigarette smell during all day. They doesn't have hair dryer.

Nothing special honestly. It was cheap and mostly quiet.
We never checked in! The Police were there when we got there and it was not safe. The desk clerk didn’t charge us when we cancelled. Other then that, it was a horrible experience. Do not book here!!

Old run down. Dirty. Full size fridge was extremely noisy. Some people may be living on the premise. Pool is closed. No coffee even though says breakfast is included. Cheap one night stay with a shower though.

We are one of the oldest hotel in this area and working on the situation. The breakfast and pool are closed due to Covid 19 sorry.
My family booked this hotel because of its location to an event. We live in South Florida and booked the hotel for one night since we knew we’d be getting in too late to make it home. Unfortunately, we ended up driving home in the early morning hours because there were baby cockroaches all over the room. It’s not surprising due to the run down condition of the hotel and the very cheap price point but still, this was one thing that just couldn’t be overlooked. Disgusting. The room also smelled of old cigarette smoke even though it was non smoking. The only plus was the front desk checking staff was very very nice and accommodating.

I have never stayed in a place of this caliber before & I would not consider doing it again. The room is dirty & poorly lit. The bathroom was clean & the sheets were fresh. That is the only thing I could find to say that was positive. The neighborhood is scary & there were teens riding bikes around us & watching us. I was afraid to leave our car loaded in that parking lot. The air conditioning ran constantly and so loudly non-stop.None of the controls worked. I'm sorry to have to say these things

The room was good, but I asked for no smoking room, when I get in the room smells like someone was smoking inside!
There seems to be weekly people staying and they are loud !Room was dirty went to the store to get cleaning stuff just to clean our room building is in bad shape and needs a maintenance man full time will never stay here for any reason in the future !

When we got there the bed was freshly made and the room didn't look bad. However, i got up during the night and we had bugs crawling on the desk. In the morning I brought coffe back to the room and begore I finished there was a bug in it. I won't be back

It was alright. I mean for $50 wut do u want? Now they want $70-$80?! R u nuts?! Wow i seen it all now!
Honestly everyone talks bad about this place but it was a great stay. Clean room, great service and friendly people. For the price you can’t beat it and I will return.
After 10 minutes of checking in the condition of the room and smell of cigarettes in a non-smoking room, and the door that had been forced open more then once. We checked out and was told there is no refunds. At anytime was I told during the hotels.com booking or when I checked in the America Best had a NO refund policy. Rich the manage stated that he would call hotels.com to authorize a refund. This is after calling hotels.com and my refund request was denied and told to take it up with America’s Best Management. e will see weather I get a refund. No refund received as of yet when the post was made.
Thugs and drug dealers ,police were there when I pulled in.

The property is in a good spot and has a nice pool. The rooms would be much better if they didn't smell like they used to be smoking rooms. It is in the carpets and furniture that either need a full cleaning or replacement. The water pressure and temperature was great. It was ok for two nights.
I like that there was a frog and microwave in the room.
I didn't like the bugs (1st room I caught 11, 2nd room caught 2), walls were badly patched and dirty, carpet in 1st room was old and dirty. Outside areas had a lot to trash.
