We ate breakfast across the street at tickets and it was very good! The check in was easy, comfortable beds and coffee available in the lobbies which is a great touch. Ample parking and I recommend this place I got a good deal"

"I've been here several times since my daughter goes to Roger Williams University It's only a very short distance away and it's reasonably priced. The only negative thing that I have to say is the rooms book up early if the college has an event going on."

"This hotel is VERY outdated. The floors in our room were uneven. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. There was no hand or body soap in the dispensers. The only plus was location as it was directly across the street from the start and finish lines for the marathon. The staff was very nice but the hotel is in need of a major overhaul."

"Room was very dirty. Markings on the floor. Dirty bed cover. The office chair was disgusting. On top of the office desk there was an unplugged microwave, it was like “here’s a microwave if you need it”, I had to bring it down to the floor. I can’t imagine it’s safe for a kid or older person Room had the “extra perfume” smell that overpowering, probably to cover the bad smells. I kind of expecting this from the google reviews but on Expedia the reviews were pretty good so I took a shot. Won’t stay here again. Expect this when you book your stay so you don’t get disappointed. Everything else was ok. Plenty of parking. They even have an EV charger."
