We walked in and the employee was not in any uniform. She gave us our keys and we walked into a room that had not been cleaned, in fact it looked like someone was using the room. We immediately went to the front desk and the employee gave us a different room. As soon as we walked in it was a different type of room than we booked (1 small bed instead of their 2 bed room). There were also two towels on the floor and refrigerator did not turn, have a baby and needed somewhere to store the milk.
