What serendipity! The 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment with full kitchen and large outdoor screened porch was just what we needed for our family getaway. The property is on the widest section of beach, we used the beach service and jetski rental, in a non-crowded section of Fort Myers Beach. Easy and friendly check in and great service. Gute Lage; ruhig und direkt am breiten feinsandigem Strand. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeption. Geräumige und gut ausgestattetes Apartment (one Bedroom, direct Seaview). Mosquitoschutz und Ventilator auf dem Balkon. Gutes WLAN, kostenloser Parkplatz. In der Nähe mit Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen: Supermarkt zum Einkaufen sowie kostenlose Tennisplätze, Marina für Bootsausflüge und Bootsverleih. Was nicht ganz so schön ist, dass bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche eine zwischenzeitliche Reinigung nicht kostenlos erfolgt.

Fin lejlighed med panoramaudsigt over stranden.

Stedet ligger ca. 5 km. fra “hvor det sneer”. Men hvis man til strand og afslapning findes der ikke et bedre sted. Vores lejlighed lå lige ud til stranden med en fantastisk udsigt fra terrasserne. Selve lejligheden - pæn og praktisk med alt hvad der skal være.

Clean, Modern and right on the beach

We have vacationed in Ft Myers Beach for over 30 years. We stayed here back in June of 2018 and we liked it so much we came back! The units are clean and modern with wood flooring, tile and spacious living areas and balconies. Gulfview manot is located in the south end of the island and to me the nicest part because the beach is wide and not rowdy like it is towards the center of town by the pier. If you want to really relax this is the place. My only comment is that I wish the unit had in-room washer and dryer like most condos do on the island. But that’s me because I like to get home with clean clothing that I just need to put away when I unpack. Also it’s great for drying beach towels. They do have coin-operated machine at ground level though.

The views are just priceless. It's great being right on the gulf. The staff are nice. The hotel is clean. The pool is kept in good condition. The only drawbacks include just one elevator for the entire building. Also, you have to clean and put away all your dishes before you leave. However there was no soap and no sponge.
