We loved the resort. Very clean. The housekeepers were wonderful. We loved being so close to the beach. The kids loved the warm pool and hot tub. I wish there would have been more kids food choices at the bar. We had such a wonderful time!!

Nice stay for our family of 6. Played pickle ball and used the pool daily. Lots of seashells and dolphins from the beach. Sanibel is a nice break from the built up parts of Florida. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Bike paths from sanibel to captiva. Would stay again.

Beautiful room, beach location, view and pool. Amenities listed on website all cost extra and typically require delivery. Requesting and receiving beach chairs / umbrella was not smooth and cost extra per day. With the exception of housekeeping which was really great, most customer service was unfriendly/unhelpful.

Room was amazing! Their video on their site is pre Hurricane Ian so don’t expect it to be like that ! Lots of devistation but they are working to bring it back. Most staff was nice , the front office staff were snotty and not helpful at !! Location on the beach is amazing! Sanibel / Captiva have captured my heart and I can’t wait to return. I’d stay there again .

We had a wonderful stay. Room was immaculate, except for some areas that needed painting. I would have given 5 stars if the kitchen had more amenities.It only had one sauce pan and baking sheets, no frying pans, plus only butter knives, was difficult to cook a full meal. Beautiful beach, great for shelling! I would 100%stay again.

very clean nicely decorated and comfortable rooms, nicely appointed. resort is quiet and well spaced. pool is very nice, beachfront accommodations, nice new pickleball and tennis courts are plentiful and available for use. restaurant is a bit pricey, but the food is good. bar is nice, but again a bit pricey. Dinner or lunch one day is worth doing. local bike trails easy to pick up and extensive. The Dong darling refuge is a nice 15 mile round trip from local bike rental shop, which is just about a mile away. very nice stay. quiet vibe, a little music pool side would add to atmosphere. Beach is nice and offers miles of walking.

Horrible took one hour and half to even ck in / I was the only one there. Said with Expedia reservations don’t show for 24 hour. She told me go eat go to park just basically go away till my manager calls me because I can’t do anything for you. We got there at 6:20 pm at 7:30 pm finally got a key for room after she keep my credit card and licence and told me to pick up around 9:00 pm or tomorrow in the morning. Got room 112 walked in and a worker was just standing there and laughed no ice for 24 hour ) why will she give you this room.) Left message for manager Madison at 10:00 am. Still no call back. 1:00 pm Not looking for anything I just don’t want anyone to have same experience as I did.
