Walking distance to great food choices. However during my stay the Air conditioning was not functioning. Room was 27 Celsius with no improvement. They did move me to the third floor which was a bit better. 24 Celsius. From discussions with other guests that it has been going on for a few days but doesn’t seem like staff knew about it.

Very dirty parking lot, no space for underground parking, air conditioner wasn’t working, room key card doesn’t work properly, had to go down to reception again and again. Finally changed my room then all night water dripping/running noise from bathroom. Couldn’t get proper sleep had to leave the property before 8am. Do not recommend

I couldn't believe the price, others in Ft Mac are so much more expensive and this place was amazing. Very large room, the king size bed was real comfortable. Small kitchenette, ice machine just down the hall. The bathroom was spotless and the tub was massive and held the heat unlike any other bath I've ever had. And it wasn't a continental breakfast, it was a full breakfast that would cost you $20 at a restaurant. I would highly recommended Prime Hotel to anyone staying in Fort McMurray.
