Loved

I had a very bad experience. As someone who travels weekly, I’ve never had an issue with a hotel not providing hot water. I understand that sometimes things happen, but when I went downstairs and complained that I had taken a cold shower, there was no concern and no offer to move me to another room. I said, “I’m going to work right now. When I come back, can you make sure it’s working?” The response was that maintenance would go out there and try to fix it for me. When I got back, she said maintenance hadn’t responded and that she was going to send them another email. Again, no one offered to move me to another room. I went upstairs, took another cold shower, and left for a late dinner. I reported the issue for the third time, and again, nobody offered to move me. When I came back, I asked the front desk. She said maintenance had fixed it, but when I went upstairs, nothing had been done. I woke up in the morning, took another cold shower, and checked out. Don’t waste a dollar at this hotel, although I admire the name.
