"The staff was the only acceptable part of our stay. The property is extremely outdated and poorly maintained, almost felt like a motel. Our first room wasn’t cleaned properly and the a/c didn’t work right and our second room had MULTIPLE bugs and my wife broke out into hives after sitting on the desk chair. Definitely not a Marriott hotel experience."

"Pool itself was great! The walkway around it not so much. I watched numerous people slip and almost fall. I believe the staff is too worried about who has a cup by the pool and not enough focus on how dangerous the tile on the ground is. Rooms are nice. But their is no room service or maid service unless you request it 24 hours ahead of time."

"Personally coming from Vegas and expecting good hospitality this hotel wasn’t it. Our room had dirty ceilings, shower and toilet got clogged few times, the towel had a black hair in it (were blonde), the umbrella for the beach was NOT included with our hotel booking but every other hotel had complimentary umbrellas for their guests. No breakfast included, we asked for our room to be cleaned every day and we turned the light on for it but out of 5 days it was only cleaned twice. I will say the front desk especially Andrej was extremely helpful, can’t say the same for the rest."

"The room is very clean and the beds were excellent! The showerhead was a little weak, but the enclosure was nice. The view from the room was great, but the windows apparently were a challenge to keep clean and for some reason had a thick plastic coating or adhesive paper at the top and the bottom of the window, which was not ideal. That being said, the Lavazza espresso machine was a nice touch and everything else was top-notch. We had a six night stay and thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff was very friendly and the food at Gili’s was superb! We would definitely stay there again."

"My birthday stay at Nobu was honestly phenomenal. The hotel, atmosphere, service, and overall experience made my celebration feel special from start to finish. The staff for the most part were welcoming, attentive, and helped create an unforgettable stay. That said, I do want to share one disappointing experience. While at the rooftop pool, I was approached by an employee named Tim and repeatedly questioned about whether I belonged there despite me wearing a wristband and showing proof that I was a guest. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable, singled out, and honestly profiled in a way that took away from an otherwise amazing birthday experience. I still enjoyed my stay overall and think the property itself is beautiful, but I hope management takes guest interactions more seriously so no one else leaves feeling the way I did in that moment."
