"The staff were amazingly nice and helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The hotel was also in the perfect location. My only complaint is the fees. I had to pay extra for a 3rd person to stay in my room with double beds. I also had to pay $20 for that 3rd person to have a chair down at the ocean, and then it cost $30 to use an umbrella for all us. All that should already be included in the resort fees."

"Room was nice but tried to charge my extra to have sand swept out of my room. Elevator had troubles but check in was easy and staff was helpful. Breakfast options were very limited, no protein options are available until Saturday and Sunday which was a bummer. Otherwise beautiful property and friendly staff"
