Just Don't Do It
This rental apartment is not worth the money. The furniture looks like it’s from IKEA and the remodel looks like it was done over the weekend. The shower doors don’t close all the way, the beds are as hard as rocks and sag in the middle (look at frame supports picture). The towels are mismatched and have stains on them. The sheets have pilling balls on them and can be felt while sleeping. The garbage is not emptied enough, and we had nowhere to put our trash. The kitchen supplies are sparse and mismatched and the basic bottle opener was nowhere to be found. There is a mysterious apt 13 that can be heard through the walls of apt. 6 with a large dog. Another apartment smokes pot every night and the smell comes through wall air conditioners (no central air). The outside is disgusting, just look at the pictures of the BBQ and pool area. I would not advise this rental without some work being done.
