Our unit was clean and well equipped. I took out 1 star because the bedding was not comfortable, we had back pain because of sagging mattress. Overall, I loved my stay and will go back again

Great room and grounds. I'm on the older side of technology though so I had some trouble getting the information I needed (like adding a # after the code). Very responsive to my questions and concerns.

Honestly, I thought the property was going to be a standard go in and talk to someone at the front desk. Turns out you have to fill out a registration info sheet and then they correspond everything you need through text message, so I was a bit confused at first. (I'm a traditional type of vacationer/old or a combination of both...lol) I was pretty surprised overall because it was such a great little space. We really liked it, and it was super convenient to the cruise ship/bars and restaurants/food stores. This place is pretty cool. Pool area was nice, and our room was spacious enough for me and the wife. Thank you.

This place was perfect for us for the 3 nights we booked it. We didn’t want a whole condo, just a room, bathroom, and kitchenette. It’s off the beach so it’s more affordable, but very close still so you can bike or Uber to the beach and be there in no time. Place was super clean when we arrived. We didn’t use it but there was a nice pool area that others seemed to be enjoying. Communication was quick and steady, letting you know what you needed to in plenty of time. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a quaint south Florida boutique motel conversion, but it was not worth the price we paid. I can live with mold in the shower grout but our room and bathroom had multiple areas of mold on baseboards in the room and throughout the bathroom. We stayed one night so not worth complaining but if you’re staying longer you should probably at least be aware. Bed was a thin mattress with a plastic cover over it. Sheets kept coming off in the middle of the night and I’d wake up lying on the plastic.

The pool was clean, with tables and chairs around it. Room had hot plate, fridge, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, etc. Buses to beach close by. Large shopping area within walking distance. TV had CBC!

Ideally situated for us, easy walking to pubs, restaurants, groceries, beer, and even some tourist areas.. Free city transit just down the street. Not much shopping nearby. A worthwhile hotel choice for a reasonable price. A bit noisy with college kids, but not too bad.

We did not get the apartment we expected.it was completely different. It was missing kitchen stuff, unfinished windows very dirty, unable to open any window, no outdoor place to sit ,apartment was upstairs 16 steps, we are unable to walk up . Needed help.. lost power. Box was hidden behind a picture ! Had to ask for things . TV situation was foreign to us ! Basically a nightmare! The pool was nice & warm

The studio is very small: There is a really nice pool:The studio is however updated with all the amenities to make it feel more modern and upscale: Its a good value if you’re looking to save money: It’s also very convenient to everything , shopping and airport

The only downfall in staying in the hotel was there was no basic cable. I expected to see the likes of ESPN or CNBC.However, I had to sign in. Recommend having basic cable and not ROKU or HULU.

It’s so close to everything!! They really do make you feel right at home. The pool and landscaping throughout the property are beautiful and the rooms are so cozy. It was a little chilly one of the days of my stay there and I reached out and asked for maybe an extra blanket. When I got home a brand new soft blanket had been left next to my door. They go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. This is the second time I have stayed at this property and it will not be the last!!

Nice older hotel, just the right size so it is not busy, intersection on the corner is kinda busy/noisey. Nice pool, good for small families, lots of restaurants close by and a few grocery stores. Small hiccup checking in but they fixed things up for me within 30 minutes or so.

Great little place
These were nice little units that had everything we needed for our short stay before a cruise. Having a little kitchenette was helpful especially since there are 2 grocery stores blocks away. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. It looked like our unit had been recently renovated. The air conditioning worked well and it wa# nice to sit out in the patio with a drink (we were entertained by the iguanas). We did not use the pool but it looked very clean and well upkept. Casa Cordova is well located - not far from either the airport or cruise port and surrounded by a lot of good restaurants and variety of stores. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very Nice rental at a really good location. Walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores. Kitchen stocked with cooking pans & eating supplies. The pool was nice and we met some neat people during our stay. We’ll be back for our next visit.

Our last stay
Rooms smelled of mold. So bad that all of our clean clothes smelled of mold after one night. One sheet, one thin blanket. Plastic mattress cover makes it feel like you’re sleeping on trash bags. Signs of pest activity in multiple locations. Bathroom, living area, kitchen area. Will not stay here again. One year ago property condition was completely different.

Worst Experience
This was the worst hotel stay in my life. The room was super humid and I was sweating every night. They advertise a checkin time of 3pm; however, dont allow you to check in until 4pm. I called them to ensure an early checkin bc of a storm and I had a lot of bags; however, I could tell that they didnt even bother communicating it to the cleaning staff. ALSO - mold or sewer came up from the shower drain. It was so gross I had to leave the hotel with 2 nights remaining. They only refunded me for 1 night. Shen I reminded them that I reauested 2, they ignored me. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This property was perfect for me and my husband. It’s set up so you can grill outside or cook inside. There’s everything you’d need for a stay in Florida - including beach towels. I loved everything about the place.
