This room was an AirB&B. So, what wa provided by facility and owner of room was a little in clear. However, room and roof top pool and bar were great. Would stay again

Advertised price on condo was $159 per night which was billed by travelocity. Upon arrival at the condo, we were presented additional fees of $352 + $500 deposit +35 credit card fee for the deposit. Final cost of condo more like $329 per night. The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect a bit away from the noise of the beach but awesome view from amaZing pool deck. Nice shady patio for a drink & a good book. No extras here as far as coffee or chilled bottle of wine. It was a beautiful place, I would have liked to have known the real price before arriving. If you bing a car there will be additional charges for the valet parking. Quick walk to the beach, probably a block and lots of food choices on the boardwalk. Beach chairs for 2 come with the rental. $10 each if you have guests come with you who would like a seat.

Todo muy bien, de acuerdo a lo ofrecido. Muy limpio y con una muy buena piscina con un buen rooftop. La playa excelente, el departamento está a solo pasos. Muy recomendable para familias. Solo un par de detalles: solo habían dos vasos, la ducha requiere un ajuste en la manija y sería ideal si incluyeran una sombrilla y sillas de playa.

Very good

The unit is very good, excellent cleanliness and attention from the person in charge of said unit, called Javier, and from the hotel staff in general. The only drawback of the reservation is the amount of money fees of all kinds. The total sum at the end does not coincide with the total sum at the beginning of the reservation, it varies a lot... otherwise very good in general. Good Job.

I took my nephew to Florida for a quick weekend for his birthday and stayed here for 2 nights. So lets start with the FEES! When I booked on Expedia it was one price & then I received a text with all the extra fees. WOW. If I had known I would have NEVER booked. Also fees are incorrect, they forgot to mention when you get to the hotel there's a "greeting fee" on top of a resort fee per day & registration fee (Which was actually more than what they listed) What? Isn't that the receptionists job? To greet people and "register" them? Also all fees didn't include tax. I had to pay for late check IN, which I have never heard of tax. I paid for late check out tax which I understood because that's normal. There's a huge deposit for your stay but if you pay with a credit card there’s an extra fee which I did because I don't just hand cash over especially once you complain they don't call you back. Our flight got delayed on the way there about 7 times and ended up finally getting to the hotel at about 4am. I had let Javier know while I was at the airport how delayed our flight kept getting and he said no problem. I go to check in and not only getting hit with those extra fees, they said the company, Miami Dreams Rentals, never emailed them saying I had late check in which I paid for!! I had to call Javier at 4am and give the phone to the front desk man so they can talk it out. At this point I'm furious & we are so tired just wanted to sleep. (Continues on google reviews)

I spoke with Nicole and i texted her and just to be clear this is what i owe? When i went to check in it was more money. I had to go to a check cashing place in Pembroke pines just so i can eat and enjoy my birthday. When i asked for assistance to get there a young man in the lobby helped me and pointed me in the right direction. I took the bus because of the extra expenses it took me all night then i started taking the bus back the bus i needed to take back stop running. I walked 3 hours until i stayed at the bus stop bench until 0530 am when the first bus came and after taking three different buses to get to my room the next day. The first day when i went to my room there were dirty towels in the bathroom and the bed was not made. When i asked for one roll of toilet paper the person at the lobby said call the owner we don't provide TP. I had to buy my own.

2 mins walk from beach, very nice property. This unit is owned privately. Lay out is great, spacious, nice appliances if u want to cook. We booked the unit for 5 people. 2 sofa bed and 1 reg bed. The extra pillows only 2 without no pillow case. We need 1 more pillow. Toiletries they have 1 small set and 2 toilet paper. Under the website it doesnt specify u have to provide your own. I thought they would provide enough since there is 5 of us and we are staying for 3 nights.We had to ask for beach towels, didnt get it until after 5pm. Just some inconvenience. If that was the case it needs to be specified.

Property was very nice. Loved being right on the beach. However, the cleanliness was not up to par. Found a used pad under the bed as well as other trash. So much for wanting a place with extra cleaning during COVID-19. Not enough towels for beach and 5 days stay. Ran out of Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags. For all the money spent on this property you would think they would be properly stocked. Had to wait hours for housekeeping to restock. I was td they would refresh the room. But they omly dropped off paper towels and dish soap. The dish soap was the tiniest bottle I have ever seen. Even the dollar store had bigger bottles. Paper towels and TP were all from the dollar store-horrible quality. Was not expecting that at all.

Nice room, nice facility. Short walk to the beach. Only complaint would be the check-in process is not even close to any other vacation rental check-in we've done before. Too much paperwork and charges. They need to simplify the check-in like most other people.

The property was beautiful. The rooftop pool area was incredible with amazing views of the water on all sides. However, the rooftop bar/outdoor restaurant was not open. Any food or drinks were your responsibility. The apartment we stayed in was clean for the most part, a few dirty stains on one of the curtains that could easily be cleaned. Overall though a very lovely apartment, and this is high praise from a slightly ocd person. The appliances were hard to understand, and am not certain the oven worked. A tutorial at check-in might be helpful.😊

I booked in Expedia thinking it was a hotel and it turn out to be that now is owned by private owners Expedia say one price and then they hit you will all type of fees it’s crazy never again. I booked for 5 People the room only had 2 towels and only one bed had bedsheets. Totally disappointed for the money they charge.

We were told the pool was right above us on the roof but we had to go down to the third-floor to go over to the other building and then take the elevator up to the roof on the other building so was was very challenging the first time because we kept going up to the seventh floor of our building and seeing a ball room – no pool or bar! No one told us about the rubbish what to do with it! However the apartment itself was gorgeous and great views! Could use the blanket but got one
