Additionally, the listing advertised wired internet; however, when we attempted to use it, it was not working. Instead of assisting us, the staff member simply gave us a phone number to call, which caused us to spend another hour trying to resolve the issue ourselves, which never ended up getting resolved. "

"Parking was great and staff responsive. Was totally unimpressed with the manager telling us we have to bring our dirty towels to the front desk in order to get more clean towels. They dont pick up dirty towels and replace them at request in between 3 day cleanings. Ive never had to do this. Also, garbage gets fulll when cleanings are only every 3 days."
