"The staff were super friendly. The amenities were great and the breakfast was good. The weight room was fully equipped, and the indoor pool was very nice. The WIFI was weak, but okay."
"The staff was the best part of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I want to be clear that my concerns are with the condition and maintenance of the property, not the employees.
For a room that cost over $160 for one night, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I did not feel the room or the property’s condition justified the price.
Our room appeared generally clean, although it was difficult to tell how clean the carpet was because it was very dark. The bathroom was outdated, and the bathtub had noticeable stains that made it feel less clean. There was also only one chair in the room, and it was heavily stained, so we chose not to use it.
I was traveling with my dog and noticed an additional charge for incidentals. My dog is well-behaved, never gets on the furniture, and I always clean up after him. Unfortunately, there was dog waste elsewhere on the property, which suggests some pet owners are not being responsible. It was disappointing to see responsible pet owners paying additional fees while the property itself wasn’t being maintained as well as it should be.
Another issue was that guests in a nearby room were smoking marijuana, even though this is advertised as a non-smoking hotel. The odor carried into the area where we were staying, and it seemed like the no-smoking policy was not being enforced.
Overall, the staff provided excellent service and deserve recognition for their friendliness and professi"
"The place was supper clean, new, and felt very safe staying there. The hall stairs to second floor had mildue smell, not sure if it had a leak or just closed off hall with no ventelation, but the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was not great. Very minimal even for a continetal breakfast think it cold have been a little better. , Coffee and tea in room was super cheap."
"Well-maintained and clean hotel. Friendly staff and helpful. Breakfast was really good, not fancy, but it was warm and abundant. The breakfast area was super clean and fully stocked. Highly recommended."
