The staff is always friendly and helpful - many have been at the resort for years, and they never fail to remember our family. Beds are comfortable, and the rustic vibe is so relaxing. "What an awful experience,where do I start?
A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked).
At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy with Expedia mediation but it half solved the issue
I didn't stay there but I stopped by the place to have a drink and it's dirty and poorly maintained.

"Lovely big clean comfortable rooms. Food was very nice. Joesph and Linda made us feel vey welcomed. Views-from roof top restaurant are fantastic. Very close to the local beach where you can watch boats being made. Very quiet area but lovely. "
