"Clean room, nice hotel but the big problem with the hotel is the restaurant’s staff: most of them are very rude and gives you a lot of pressure to get tips in cash because apparently they don’t want to share with the other employees.."

"The room was very spacious and the view directly in front of the ocean was picturesque to say the least. However, we didn’t expect the running water to be hard, sulfuric to be exact. The pool to the swim up bar was in need of cleaning, the hot tub was filthy and not hot whatsoever. We dipped our toes in to test the water and left with a very thick film of grime all over us. Lastly, the septic system on the resort has a hut in the center of it in front of the spa . Brace yourself when you have to walk past a gust of foul wind to get to where you’re going. On the bright side, the staff were genuinely pleasant to interact with, the beach was pristine, the food was pretty good and the cleanliness of the rest of the property met our expectations. We visited the rooftop bar multiple times and got great reception from the staff there. There were two especially pleasant staff by the name of Sheena at Pure Ocean and Lew at Gizmo’s and they elevated the quality of our stay almost immediately. Their impeccable hospitality turned a lackluster trip into a great stay."

"excellent location beach front, beside walkway, good restaurants nearby and good restaurant with live music at night in same building. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large, bright, clean room - furnishings a little dated' Good price in Canadian funds. Walking distance to cruise ship pier. Only complaint was loud music coming from beach area until very late on Friday night."

"Total Valentines disappointment on the room provided as the room reserved does not match and the front desk staff genuinely do not care about customer satisfaction. We were told that we would be moved to a higher floor at about 230p when we arrived. And at 415 check in there is nothing available. It is very distasteful to have the staff walk to the back and management allow them to answer the phone in the back office as different employees to tell me that there was nothing they could do. Pretty much that my money has been taken and I have to contact a third party to express my concerns about the resort I’m visiting. "

"Our stay at the Seaview Beach Hotel was lovely. The room was small but clean. The hotel owner acted on some feedback with speed and was gracious and courteous. I would stay there again."
