Staff were friendly, the hotel was ideally located for all parts of Es Pujols it has been 25 years since we lasted visited Formentera, and it still retains its charm

Very nice staff ! Very nice brand new rooms with balconies, very clean, and the food was amazing :) They done my check in earlier and were all extremely friendly. The location couldn't be better, just a few meters from supermarket, restaurants, moto/bike rental and beach. I will come back for sure !

Everything was great. We enjoyed the breakfast, the location and the cleanliness of the structure. The room was new and the staff very gentle. I would suggest this property and place.

Excellent hotel
Es Pujols is a very pleasant resort with several bars / restaurants. A two day visit is probably enough unless you really want to get away from it all

This is my third stay at this Hotel and everthing about my stay was perfect. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are immaculate and the breakfast buffet is to diee for.

Excellent stay here. Even better than the photos. Staff were lovely and helpful, from check in to breakfast time. Would stay here again without a doubt. Location great for everything.

Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed
Hotel steps away from beach in El Pujols and close to Ses Illetes and Llevant beaches by moto. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Our room is clean and spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast is alright. The restaurant is average. There was a slight inconvenience during our stay. Our room card did not work on the first go. We had to insert it a few times before it worked. When we were ready to checkout after breakfast, the card did not work and had to use keys to open. I hope they take care of this issue. But We would definitely stay at this property again on our next visit to Formentera.

Great location-close to beach & restaurants/bars. Room was very clean with lovely shower, good size beds, balcony, mini-fridge & free WiFi. Excellent selection at breakfast buffet. Would def stay again. Only downside was being woken by the incessant door slamming from 8.20am, though I think this was from inconsiderate guests that don’t understand the concept of door handles so not the hotels fault!

Excellent Hotel
Stayed over Easter for a week. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledge about every aspect of the Island. Breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. Rooms where very comfortable and clean. Hotel was in an central position, a few minutes walk from the beach. ideally situated for all the nature walks. Shops and restaurants/bars close by within a minute. Bus stops a few minutes away. Restaurant/bar food was good, good choices, bar area very comfortable.

Nice hotel let down by terrible breakfast
The price of this booking at €120 for the night included a buffet breakfast. They had no food, no cereals, no fruit no nothing, when were asked what we wanted as there’s was not a buffet we told them, but in fact received coffee and a mini non butter crossaint. As there was little open locally re relied on the hotel to provide, but that didn’t happen. The manager laughed at our compliant when we checked out. I would never stay here though the renovation was well done, the place is let down by a lack of interest in our complaint and no recompense

Beautiful Modern Hotel well located
The hotel was immaculate clean, the staff was very helpful and kind . The hotel is very central with all restaurants and shops walking distance and the beach is about three minutes walking. We had a pleasant holidays and we will definitely go back.

Très contents de notre séjour à Los Rosales, bel hôtel bien situé avec une équipe excellente. Un conseil : pas la peine de passer par Expedia car ils ne servent à rien, adressez-vous directement à l'hôtel.

Non abbiamo potuto viaggiare a causa della malattia di nostro figlio di un anno. Abbiamo chiamato,si sono detti disponibili a farci un voucher a fronte dell'invio del certificato medico, cosa che puntualmente abbiamo fatto, ma nonostante questo ci hanno risposto alla mail dicendo che non posso o farlo e dobbiamo rivolgerci a Expedia.... Se non avevate voglia di farlo,bastava dirlo subito
