"My room was fine - When I booked I must have selected accessible, not sure why I chose that. When I arrived to my room, the bed didn't have a box spring (in order to make it accessible). But nothing else was adjusted accordingly (the headboard wasn't lowered, tv wasn't lowered...) Very uncomfortable to try to watch tv, and the bed was surprisingly not comfortable either. Again, my error in booking an accessible room, but the changes didn't seem very mindful of people who might actually need the accommodations."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The only thing negative we noticed was the dirty windows. I know the third floor was being remodeled, but why would the windows everywhere else be so dirty? All in all, a great price and comfortable stay."

"You could tell the room hadn’t properly been clean. There was toothpaste all over the sink stuff all over the walls. The covers had cigarette burns and the whole place just smell like cigarettes even though I got a non-smoking room I booked a room with a single king bed and they changed it to a room with two full beds instead"
