"Our stay at Neptunus was excellent! The exterior lounge pool and green area of the property with the beautiful view of the sea, hills and sunset are one of the high points! We loved having drinks late afternoon and the lunch/dinner food was very good. The hotel is very close to Saint Angelo and to some nice beaches. And 20min from Aragonese castle. Overall a great experience for me and my spouse!"

"Since we arrived the guy at the front desk Vincenzo was very polite, patient and competent, the owners were really nice and helpful in everything. Our room was amazing we were able to see the sunset every night, the view was breathtaking. If you need move around ask the front desk to call Gianluca , he speak English and drove us to Sant'angelo. Big car won't fit in the narrow street of ischia. The pool was absolutely a plus. Thank you see you soon."

"Buon hotel, soprattutto per la zona piscina. La colazione non è eccezionale ma per chi ama il dolce c'è abbastanza. È presente anche una macchinetta per fare cappuccino ecc La cosa peggiore probabilmente sono le stanze troppo antiquate. Ma purtroppo questo "problema" ad ischia è abbastanza comune. La posizione è strategica sia per le spiagge che per il centro. Non c'è niente vicinissimo ma tutto è raggiungibile in max 20 min a piedi. L'angolo bar e la cucina hanno prezzi onesti. Per concludere...

"Staff were lovely! Hotel is for an older demographic. We didn’t use the pools much because they were very hot and the outside temps were also very hot. Manage expectations as it is not a North American 5* hotel but it is clean and the staff were excellent at addressing any issues immediately. Taxis from the casimiciolla pet are very expensive. 30euros for a 5 min trip."
