"Host was very helpful with where to go for sightseeing however there is no Ice machine and no ice bucket to chill a bottle of wine. Was giving Ice in a bowl. There is a onsite bar but it is not staffed. I was told not park in a space because the midsize SUV was too big, yet they let another guess with a bigger vehicle park in the same space. "

"Couldn't have enjoyed my stay more! I had just arrived after 30 hours of traveling. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating to a tired, non-German speaking guest. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and every amenity, including a complimentary minibar. It is very convenient to the Old Town (5-10 minute walk) with so many restaurants and shops. I also enjoyed time at the Caracalla spa. There is convenient access from the hotel, and they stowed my luggage and allowed me to use my robe and towel for the spa even though I'd already checked out. Would highly recommend! "
