In late spring / mid-May when the maximum daily temperatures were 20°C, we had the air-conditioning on "full" overnight but still found ourselves waking up during the night sweating and dehydrated."

"The location is amazing and only one street off the main Promenade, so great for a visit to Nice. Fortunately we had a nice corner room with windows, but the rooms and overall interior are very dated and a bit dingy. They should replace the mattresses soon. No closet, but at least there was a small refrigerator and a coffee maker! They do have a lounge with seating for breakfast and a very nice small terrace for drinks at the end of the day. Staff was very friendly. "
