We had a horrible experience with this hotel. We needed to cancel our booking and contacted the hotel twice asking for their help. They did not even have the courtesy to respond to either message.
We understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but completely ignoring a guest who is reaching out for assistance is unacceptable. We were simply trying to communicate with the hotel and see if they could help us with the cancellation.
The complete lack of response and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking this hotel, especially if you expect any kind of assistance or communication when there is an issue with your reservation.

Location is perfect , it’s located close to an underground parking if you have a car it’s very convenient, it’s. 20-30 min walk to the pier and aquarium, were you can find Alot of restaurants . The only small negative side was that you can hear room doors opening And shutting and people talking in the hallways at all times probably due to the hallways being in ceramic and facilitating eco
