A gorgeous home in France’s most lovely countryside, birds singing outside the window and a stream running by. Thanks to Fabienne for a delicious breakfast and handy tips on places to visit. Highly recommended!

Very nice room overlooking the beautiful garden. Although it was a very hot night, with the windows open all around I got a cooling breeze from the garden. The area was quiet. Easy walking distance to cafes, shops, restaurants and the market. Secure parking.

We were met and shown round. The room and settings are stunning. The whole experience was just fantastic and I cannot fault the experience. We enjoyed our breakfast on our private terrace looking at the beautiful scenery

When I arrived late the gracious lady of the house offered a home cooked dinner which I gladly accepted. It was simple and delicious. I was hungry and tired and it was a great relief not to have to go out in search of a restaurant. The room was large, quiet and comfortable. She also assisted me with an adaptor- forgotten at home- so I could charge my devices. Very sympathetic all round and I highly recommend this characterful, period building. Just a short 30 minute drive into Paris and you can...
