We came around 7pm, which is within the timeline specified on Expedia. however, no one was there.. we tried to call and message, no response for 30mins. It was a snowy day and its dark and we haven't eaten. So we went to the only restaurant open in town to grab a bite while contacting Expedia for a solution. "After booking Hotel Europa last minute, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were exceptional at check in, breakfast & check out. The room comfortable and much bigger than expected. The bathroom was huge compared to other hotels and Air BnB places we have stayed in. The room was clean & comfortable. Our only issue was the air conditioner wasn't working to our expectations. My husband says if we need to stay in Biella again we have our place."
