We stayed for 5 nights and as I struggled with the bath they immediately changed our room with one which had a lovely Italian shower. Very clean and also very quiet. We were disappointed to hear the restaurant was shut when we arrived. We were offered no refreshments (our booking stated a welcome drink)- the village was very quiet with only a burger place open so we had very little choice to get something to eat. Would not return."

The room was a decent size, an elevator big enough for 2 with luggage (which is not always guaranteed in older cities) and a helpful staff. Biggest gripe was not having a second trash can in the room besides the tiny one in the bathroom... which is about as minor a complaint as you can have, really. Definitely pleased with our stay."
