"Elevator was constantly broke down. So had to walk from 5th floor. Up and down steps , For 5 days. Morning we left had to carry luggage down steps , one of the exit doors to steps on our floor broken shut- a fire hazard. Take part of the 300 a night you charge and replace the elevators"

"The room was just so beautiful for our 30th anniversary. The folks at the property are just incredibly nice, very easy to talk to, full of knowledge of the area and to top it off the breakfast was simply to die for. We loved our spot as we had a corner room that gave incredible views. Lastly, the staff and owners think of everything. Bikes for the trip, early evening appetizers with your wine, fire pit if you want to use it, and many, many more amenities that come with your stay. Oh, and if you like dolphin watching you will definitely see some from the property in the early morning and during sunset. Its not cheap but you get your monies worth and more. We will definitely come again. Final note -- thank you to the staff as they were awesome. Southern hospitality that you rarely find nowadays. Thank you team Regatta Inn Folly Beach"
