"Great location! Concierge staff were super friendly! Only one elevator worked so it was long waits and you would think housekeeping staff would allow patrons to get on first but they would get on with carts two at a time and not even speak. Overall you can’t beat the location and everything could be overlooked because of the views and hospitality of everyone else. "
