Property is serene, beautiful & breathtaking. The staff provide 5 Star Quality Service that is efficient and attentive to care & detail. The property has all amenities & activities needed onsite & locally. Definitely meant for a longer stay.

We arrived at 1:30, had received two confirmation emails that the room would be ready by 2. We were told that the room was being prepared and would be ready by 2pm. We had a light lunch which was arguably the worst meal we had during a two week trip through Tuscany- no ingredients for the cocktails on their menu, ordered something else that never arrived. Atrocious service, and Servers over dressed for the excruciatingly hot weather, they were completely soaked through with sweat which was unappealing. Management in suits everywhere which made it feel like a corporate convention. Returned at 2:15, we were told that we would have to wait an additional hour to check in. No service on the very crowded beach. Room was fine but this is a completely unremarkable place with a stupid concept and poor service.

Alles super. Im Oktober etwas schwache Infrastruktur in der Umgebung. Eingeschränkte Möglichkeiten, am Strand oder abends essen zu gehen.

Wunderschönes Resort mit tollem Strand und sehr guter Wasserqualität. Gut gelegen um während des Aufenthaltes ein paar Tagesausflüge zu planen.

SOGGIORNO PIACEVOLE E TRANQUILLO
Struttura con ottima posizione, immersa in una pineta fantastica. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile sia in spiaggia che al ristorante. Pulizia in camera eccellente (la signora Sebastiana è stata davvero squisita). Suggerimenti: 1)un servizio navetta da e per Follonica (anche 1 sola volta al giorno) permetterebbe di recarsi più spesso a visitare la cittadina (i taxi sono carissimi - 20 euro a tratta - per 6 km) 2) per una struttura di questo livello ci vorrebbe un servizio parrucchiere 3) forse la bellissima spiaggia andrebbe un po' più curata.

La struttura è molto bella, il personale veramente professionale, bravissima e gentile Elisabeth, la signora delle pulizie. Ottima la colazione. Peccato per la spiaggia con troppi sassi e per il mare che non è un granché.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne saubere Zimmer, perfekte Matratzen, Reservierte Strandliegen einfach nur genial, Größe des Hotels sehr angenehm und schön umgeben von Pinien, WLAN am Strand, super Frühstück und Abendessen. Auch sehr angenehmes Publikum. Haben uns selten so wohl gefühlt.
