I like how convenient it was for our girls softball tournament. The park and other family oriented activities were near.

Was convenient for visiting Tropic Falls. The housekeeping was horrible stayed from Tuesday to Friday did not clean the room. Had to ask for towels every night upon return. The walls are very thin so you hear everything. Leaving trash and towels outside the room was not very pleasing to look at. The lady at the phone desk when we checked in was very pleasant. Breakfast was okay no meat options if you don’t eat beef or pork.

Elevator buttons hard to locate. No lotion or extra toiletries provided. Needed more pillows and blankets for beds. Coffee left in coffee maker. Needed more towels. Breakfast was just ok. Asked for early check in for special needs child, room not ready until after 4:00 pm.

Perfectly located with lots of entertainment and shopping nearby. Short drive to the beach. The facility itself is well cared for and offers modern amenities. Breakfast ends a bit early, but other than that, no complaints.

Good stay
Weather was cold but beautiful. Front staff very nice. Breakfast should open up earlier when a tournament is going on. Just my thoughts i am Thankful its free. See yall soon!!

First of all, Ms. Kay was AMAZING. SUPERB. She was beyond helpful and so very sweet when we were checking in. I love how every staff member that we crossed paths with at this hotel was very well-mannered, greeted us good morning and told us to enjoy our stay and have a nice day. The rooms were very well kept. You literally could live in it if needed. Breakfast Id give an 8/10, just because my husband and I do not like sausage. The woman in the kitchen was very accomodating as well, even going as far as checking on us while we were in the lobby eating and making sure we had all we needed. The only thing I did not like Id say was the matress in the fold out beds were very cheap and flimsy. My two boys are big boned and both complained about feeling the springs and not getting a good nights sleep. Not going to ultimatley keep us from returning, but maybe something that can be replaced in the future. Other than that, our stay was delightful and I wish we had more time for another night. Great job!
