This hotel is in a calm area of Williamsburg. Amazing room! The bed is huge! I didn’t really need the balcony considering it was next to a brick wall, but I of course shouldn’t expect anything of real view in New York unless you’re paying around $1,000 for a room, but overall it was great!

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. There was a lot of hair on the beds and in the bathroom, which made the room feel like it had not been properly cleaned.
The room was booked for four people, but only three towels were provided. There were also no disposable slippers. The shower took about 5 minutes before the water became warm, which was inconvenient.
On the last morning of our stay, our room keys stopped working, which caused additional inconvenience.
Overall, the hotel could definitely improve its cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to basic guest comfort.
