"As I checked in, the person helping me kept asking me if I had any questions, well yes, she didn’t explain nothing about the resort until I asked her. As I got to my room, I had no idea how to open the door, I soon figured it was my wrist band, that was not explained to me .
Amenities weren’t the best, I couldn’t figure out that the shower had a bunch of things going on and getting the temperature right was a chore. The toilet kept making weird sounds . I did book the room through Expedia, this was the second time that not booking it through the hotel directly, I get the “not so good room”.
This was my first visit, and sadly , I was not impressed."
