Entrada do hotel sempre lotada quem passa na rua para ali, se chove então quase impossível entrar no hotel... instalações antigas e limpeza a desejar em todos os cômodos.

Péssima experiência
Péssima experiência, desde o check in até a o checkout. O rapaz da recepção que fez o check in era educado porém falava baixo e não falava muito bem nossa língua (português). Não sabia informar nada. Perguntei sobre a cidade no geral ele respondeu: - Ixi não sei moça. Não sabia nem o andar da cozinha. Café da manhã péssimo, faltou pão os 3 dias que ficamos lá, a moça do café saiu para comprar e sem nenhuma preocupação com as pessoas. Muito desorganizado. Uma pessoa só na cozinha para fazer a comida, limpar as mesas e pelo visto comprar os alimentos. A mesma que deixava uma música alta terrível ligada no celular. Nem bom dia nos deu. Deixou muito a desejar pois constava o horário de café das 7:00 às 10:00 da manhã, porém 9:30 já não tinha mais nada para servir. Ficamos frustados demais. A limpeza foi outra questão.. Quanto ao serviço de quarto, geralmente nós não pedimos, somente a troca de toalhas, reposição de sabonete e papel higiênico e retirada do lixo. Solicitamos a moça, que também não entendia muito bem nossa língua, e a mesma ficou de realizar o pedido e não voltou mais. Estávamos de saída para a praia e perdemos o maior tempão esperando ela e a mesma não apareceu mais. Quase 40 min aguardando, decidimos deixar quieto e ir, quando descemos do quarto ela estava rindo e conversando com o rapaz da recepção. Achei muito descaso. Sobre o estacionamento é normal porém é aberto. Entra quem quer e sai quem quer. Ninguém cuida do seu carro. Espero nunca mais voltar.
