The front desk staff, & also restaurant & housekeeping staff were helpful & really friendly.
The room had plenty of space for 3 of us our stuff, beds were quite comfortable.
We ate several meals in the restaurant—everything was quite good.
We would definitely stay again if we get an opportunity!
2 night stay in Flores, staff were very helpful and helped with bags, our questions and taxi to the airport.
We had the very top room with a great view over the water and our own spiral staircase! The town is small so easy to walk around and get everywhere from here.

Is an excellent hotel. The hotel was cleaned and staffs were friendly. The restaurant served good food. The location was excellent and the Wifi was very good to connect. Also, it had hot water and air conditioning. We recommend this hotel.
great and affordable hotel to stay at!! the restaurant downstairs is super nice and convenient. great to have AC in the room too as it gets sooooo hot in flores. the view from the room was beautiful and the sunsets were great! only feedback is that the wifi was really bad from the room and wouldn’t connect. other than that great stay!!

It was ok...
Maybe it was the room we got, we got the penthouse on the roof. When we first came in, there was no power so it took a while for the water to start coming through. but these things usually don't bother me.
These were my issues with the room... no mirror in the bathroom or place to hang your towels. The AC made this loud noise while sleeping at night. The shower dint have flat walls so if you're tall, it will be a complicated shower LOL
That being said, the staff was really nice and it's central. Flores is so tiny no matter where you stay on the island. you will be central.
Maybe the other rooms aren't as bad but I don't think our room was worth $90/night.
The room was quite comfortable and clean, and aircon works well. I did not understand why they had wall lamps on both sides of bed with no possibility to turn it on, nor the fan on the ceiling. Internet works sometimes. When there was heavy rain, then the internet service could be spotty. Reception was not really helpful. I kept asking them for a shuttle and they never responded. So I took a tuktuk from the airport to the hotel instead. I tried to wait for a tour to come pick me up but the lobby was completely dark and I tried opening the door to look but did not see anyone. I went back to my room wondering about the tour group and fell asleep. About 20 minutes later, the tour person came, and they tried to knock on my door. Which was stupid because I am profoundly deaf and would not be able to hear the door. They shared surveillance camera with the tour guide. I wondered about my privacy concerns. I don't know if I would come back here due to the reception.
Great hotel in fantastic location overlooking the water. Nice restaurant downstairs and cool rooftop terrace to have a few quite beers. Staff were super nice and helpful.
I really liked this hotel, they put me in a room on top of the roof overlooking the lake. Everything is in super close walking distance, it was clean and it had air conditioning.
Las facilidades del hotel son excelentes al igual la limpieza y servicio. El transporte del hotel al aeropuerto fue de cortesía, hay que notificar con tiempo para que te agenden el espacio.
Great air conditioning, hot water, staff let us store our bags during our day trip to Tikal after we checked out, and had a free airport shuttle. 10/10 would recommend for good value and friendly staff!
We stayed one night! And thank God for that! I would’ve change to a different hotel! If I had to stay more day. The room was okay, we were in the 3rd floor, which is the roof! The really horrible part is that you can hear everything outside. You can’t really rest at all! At least not till everyone else goes to bed. But you will still hear the cars passing through. I got no rest.
