"The hotel is small, ok for a night. Our room was in a 3rd floor without elevator. It was a tiny room. Mme Boussard in the reception was very kind. As far as I know only french is spoken. We did not take the breakfast as there are a couple of bars ans bakeries nearby where you can have a simple continental breakfast for a few euros. "

Cependant l'état du logement reste à désirer : parquet qui gondole, coussins du canapé sales tout comme les tapis de bains, pas d'ampoule donc pas de lumière dans une des chambres, pas de couteaux, poubelle non vidée entre les locataires et amas de papiers journaux dans une armoire. "Access to this hotel is via the sister hotel up the road. This is where reception and breakfast are located. The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it! The lift is only big enough for 1 person plus a bag but when I tried to reverse out of the lift,my foot was caught on the 8cm lip of the lift shaft and I fell over backwards,hitting my head, back and...

"This beautiful old house is cosy and comfortable, a wonderful place to end up after a day's walking. Yvann is considerate and welcoming. The food was delicious and I loved the atmosphere in the house. "
