Great hotel in Flims.

I went with a friend for a ski weekend. The hotel has a shuttle bus that runs up and down and they were very quick when we called them to come pick us up. The rooms are very nicely appointed, large and comfortable. My only pointer to management would be that the staff at the check-in desk are pretty clueless. I think they are mostly trainees. On arrival they checked me into a room that is no longer being used for guests, ie it had no curtains etc. When I left in the morning and tried to explain we vacated the rooms but will come settle the bill after skiing this also caused great confusion. When we finally checked out they still seemed confused. its always different people. This however did not detract from the overall experience and I can happily recommend to anyone.

Grundsätzlich schöner Aufenthalt. Zimmer sehr gross und gut eingerichtet. Ein kleines praktisches Detail aber fehlt in der Dusche: Eine Halterung für das Duschmittel und Shampoo.

Romantic getaway

Beautiful and amazing hotel, great service, super friendly staff, great spa, spacious and comfortable room. Only recommended improvement would be the Grand restaurant off ours food offers. Not a lot of options and the burgers were tough and not that tasty, especially considering the price we payed. A bit of a shame in such a great hotel

Nice spa hotel

Spacious though outdated rooms with large balcony. Breakfast is great, dinner options in the restaurant little expensive but of good quality. The spa area is very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Staff is friendly. I recommend this hotel especially if you want to relax and enjoy some spa treatments, or you want to Ski/hike.

Top-Hotel in einmalig grossem Hotelpark

Top-Hotelanlage, z.T. mit ein wenig Patina, aber sehr sauber, mit mehreren Gebäuden in wunderschönem Park. Sehr freundliches, engagiertes Personal, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, Top-Wellnesszone, viele Leistungen inbegriffen (zB. Mountain-Bikes). Sehr gut gelegen für schöne Wanderungen, Caumasee in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir sind gespannt, wie es nach der Komplett-Renovation (bis Ende Nov. 16) aussieht.

toujours un must

Site idyllique, le temps s'arrête dans un environnement global aussi serein. Piscine et spa magnifique, personnel très attentif et aux petits soins. On sent toutefois que le niveau n'est pas égale selon les divers bâtiments. Le chalet Belmont nous replonge dans les années 80... quelques investissements de rajeunissement s'imposent.

A truly excellent hotel !

We booked into the hotel not knowing anything about it whilst visiting our Son who is a ski instructor in Flims. The price suggested that the hotel would be reasonable but no more (thanks Expedia - great price !). As it turned out, it was perhaps one of the best hotels we have stayed in with a very high level of service - staff were very good indeed. The room in the Belmont section was huge with a balcony, walk-in wardrobe, lounge area. Breakfast was top class and other restaurants in the group also very good - try the curling bar for a good atmosphere. Facilities include a very good spa - inside and outside pools, gym with classes etc. The hotel is well situated for skiing, restaurants and the town. They are in the process of installing a new golf facility and we may return for this later in the year. Overall, highly recommended.

Entspannendes Wellness-Weekend

Der Wellness-Bereich des Hotels ist sehr schön und man kann sich super entspannen. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich. Die Zimmer sind eher älter, aber dennoch komfortabel und sauber. Das Waldhotel ist eine sehr empfehlenswerte Adresse für entspannende Auszeiten. Wir waren vier Frauen und alle waren begeistert vom Hotel!

Ambiente von Alt und Neu der Spitzenklasse

War nur für eine (leider) Übernachtung in Flims. Was an Service und Annehmlichkeiten für den Preis geboten wurde war Spitzenklasse. Frühstückbuffet wie auch der Service an der Bar war super. Wer Alt und Neu liebt ist goldrichtig hier.

Idylische Lage mit tollem Service

Mit der Übernachtung im Belmont profitiert man von der 5*-Service zum 4* Preis. Wunderschön gelegen im eigenen Hotelpark. Zimmer waren sauber und sehr gross, nur das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wellness mit üblichem Standard für ein SPA Hotel. Diverse Zusatzleistungen wie gratis Bergbahn, gratis Fahrradverleih oder spezielle Kopfkissenauswahl. Wir waren durchwegs zufrieden und freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

Très bonnes vacances en famille. Hotel "family friendly" avec piscine et kid's club. Environnement superbe pour découverte des Grisons et randonnées. Service impeccable (y compris limousine pour déposes aux remontées mécaniques et en ville). SPA/Sauna moderne et excellent.
