Super convenient location, efficient arrangements, helpful staff

The room was nice...cozy...shower ok bathroom is outside but next door. The kitchen didn't have any cooking oil so I asked the lady at the reception if she could provide me something. But the lady at the reception next day was really friendly.

Really helpful staff and lovely simple room, perfect for our family. Nice choice for breakfast too. We'll be staying again in future

Great hotel, location north of Brussels. Metro and train station 10 minute walk away. Hotels- all staff friendly and helpful. Nice lobby area with bar and restaurant, open from 5pm. Buffet Breakfast good selection. Rooms, nice size and clean, no aircon, but windows do open Supermarket behind the hotel and restraunts within 10-15 minute walk.

Staff were very helpful and room and beds clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, although hot food was somewhat limited. Location is good and overall good value for money.
