"There are two outdoor pools and an indoor pool. The smaller outdoor pool area was pleasant. The large outdoor pool was closed at the time of our visit. The indoor pool has a lazy river thing going on and would be nice during bad weather. Pool towels were comically small"

"The room was okay, not enough linens (blankets and sheets) for the people staying in the room. We had to go to the desk to get more. The indoor pool was way too small for the size of the hotel. The toilet paper holder was rusty. Staff was so/so friendly. The woman working in the breakfast buffet was nice. Mediocre stay. "

"Clean rooms, very friendly staff. The breakfast was great. The location was easy access to the beach and had beautiful views. We also were able to walk to lunch and for mini golfing. Unfortunately our only complaint is the town enforced curfew where everyone had to be inside by 9pm. It was no fault of the hotel but it did make the hotel very loud Saturday night (it was quiet Sunday). The hotel itself was secure but we were definitely nervous. "

"The hotel itself was nice, but the check‑in experience was unacceptable. I was given my room more than two hours after the official check‑in time, despite repeatedly asking for updates. I arrived around 12:00 PM, and by 3:00 PM I normally receive my room at any hotel. Instead, I was told over and over that my room “wasn’t ready,” even as I watched other guests receive their keys without delay. At 4:00 PM, the front desk agent reminded me that “check‑in is at 4:00,” to which I had to point out that it was already 4:00. Her response was simply that they would “call me,” which never happened. At 5:00 PM, I received the same vague answer again. By 5:30 PM, I had to contact Expedia so they could intervene. Only after a 30‑minute call between Expedia and the hotel was I finally told to go to the lobby to get my key. Even then, the front desk agent was unnecessarily rude. This is not the level of service I expect from a hotel of this category. Waiting over two hours past the official check‑in time—and being treated dismissively throughout—was extremely disappointing."
